+ where do i park?

There’s plenty of free 2-hour and no-time-limit street parking throughout the Queen Anne neighborhood. Just be sure to give yourself a little extra time to find a spot and settle in, especially during busier hours.

If you arrive early, take a stroll! There are some really sweet local shops and cafes nearby—it’s a great way to ease into your appointment.

+ how do i cancel?

The easiest way to cancel your appointment is to use the link in your confirmation text or email. If you are inside the late cancellation window, you will need to message me directly.

Cancellations and rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your appointment. Changes made within the 48-hour window will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost to the card on file. All no-show appointments and day-of cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of your scheduled service. PLEASE DO NOT COME IN SICK. If you are ill or have been exposed to illness, let me know as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and mutual respect for each other's time.

+ i'm running late. what should i do?

Don't panic!! I know traffic and parking can be unpredictable. I offer a 15-minute grace period. Anything over 15 minutes will be subject to a late cancellation fee and/or rescheduling. Please text me at 206•479•0113 with your ETA.

+ i need a bang trim but i’m not an existing client…can you fit me in?

I only offer bang trims for existing clients. Bangs are a deeply personalized part of a haircut and need to be shaped in context with your full cut, head shape, and growth pattern. Without having worked with your hair before, it’s tricky to ensure the result aligns with both your vision and my standards.

That said, I’d absolutely love to meet you when you're ready for a full haircut! My consultations are thorough and collaborative, so we can make sure your bangs (and the rest of your shape) are tailored just for you.
